Terms and Pricing

For Custom Quilts
1. You choose the pattern and the fabric, from samples shown on the web
2. You are e-mailed a picture of a sample block, for you to confirm the fabric and pattern selections.
3. When the top is pieced, you will be emailed pictures of the pieced top and some fabric selections for backing.
4. A reputable machine quilter will quilt the layers together
5. Simple Threads will then finish the quilt and prepare for shipping.

For all custom orders there is a down payment of $100.00, which is applied to the finished price of your quilt.

All Simple Threads orders are shipped USPS certified return receipt and insured for the full price of the quilt. Payment in full will be received in our office prior to shipping (payment must clear bank), if the payment is not received in our office in 15 days of notification of completion, the quilt will be available for sale on the web site, unless we have been contacted and other arrangements have been made.

Custom orders can take up to 6 months to complete. An additional fee of $100.00 will be charged if the quilt is needed prior and agreement is made for completion date.
